Picked up my food at 7 pm, 2 chicken tacos with lettuce, cheese and guacamole. Excruciating pain started around 8 pm and have been sick since. I have thrown up twice, and diarrhea started around 9 pm. Ate from the same location on 11/18/2019 and had same issue, but didn’t think anything of it since I had just gotten over a stomach virus. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
