My mother got my brother and I food from Chipotle for dinner Friday July 27th. I woke up the next day and had Diarrhea and had to use the bathroom 7 times before heading to work. I had to leave work early due to stomach pains and nausea. I then threw up that night, and still have diarrhea. My stomach pain is still slightly there and not fully recovered. My brother still has stomach pains and has had to call off work Saturday and today (Monday July 30th). I had tacos with chicken and steak and cheese, my brother had a burrito with rice steak hot and cheese. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
