Purchased steak and cheese burrito this past Saturday. Only thing I had. Few hours later started not feeling good few hours later vomited every 40 minutes for 6 hours straight. Day 4 since that and I have gastritis now is what my doctor diagnosed me with from the food poisoning. In a lot of pain and can’t eat. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
