Ate a barbacoa burrito (with romaine lettuce, in my opinion worth mentioning after the recent recall due to E. coli) yesterday evening, woke up this morning with stomach pain that was so bad I at first thought i had managed to tear or injure something in my sleep. Diarrhea, extreme nausea, fever, headache, and chills followed and have been present for about 14 hours now. My mom also ate there with me, but she had a veggie burrito bowl with no lettuce. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain, Chills
