My daughter ate a veggie burrito bowl with lettuce that resulted in a very expensive visit to the ER and a very costly delay to our vacation. We have heard of the many outbreaks and will not be eating at Chipotle EVER again. Went into the location near Washington Square, SW Portland. Something is not right to have so many outbreaks of illness. Thousands of dollars later, I'm considering calling an attorney. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
