My daughter had the chicken bowl with black beans. She started to feel nauseous the next day, chills and fever. Severe abdominal pain led us to hospital for possible appendicitis but 6 days in the hospital and lots of tests revealed the salmonella. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
