After eating my normal order on 10/28, my stomach felt off. I woke up in the middle of night vomiting, diarrhea, a fever and extreme body fatigue. Been hooked up to IVs and drinking my body weight in Gatorade and Pedialyte

On 3/4/2020, I ate a steak bowl with lettuce, corn , tomatoes, cheese, sour cream and spicy sauce. I woke up in the middle of the night with vomiting and diarrhea.

I had a burrito with white, rice, chicken, hot salad, medium salsa, cheese, guac, and lettuce. I also had some chips. I got home that night, went to sleep, and woke up extremely nauseous and having excessive diarrhea.

I ate chipotle at around 7 pm on 10/22/17, felt nauseous all night and continued all day 10/23/17. vomiting and nausea the night of 10/23/17. loss of appetite starting the night of 10/22/17 and have not been able to eat (and keep down) anything since.

My daughter had the chicken bowl with black beans. She started to feel nauseous the next day, chills and fever. Severe abdominal pain led us to hospital for possible appendicitis but 6 days in the hospital and lots of tests revealed the salmonella.
