Probably the lettuce When I asked for a salad bowl, the guy Preparing my order asked if it was alright if it was made with shredded lettuce. I asked him what the salad bowl is usually prepared with and he said a mixture of baby greens and spinach. Then he said, “let me see if we have some”, and walked over to an area where food was sitting further away. He placed the lettuce in my bowl and came back to the area with the ingredients and continued making my order. I thought it odd that he originally didn’t want to use that lettuce. My friend got the exact same thing as me but she didn’t have any lettuce in her bowl. That’s the only thing I can think of that I consumed differently. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
