Bought a carnitas burrito bowl for lunch around 1:30pm that day, prior to that I hadn't eaten anything since Wednesday night. I didn't even finish eating through half of the burrito bowl when I started to get a sharp pain in my stomach, within minutes of that pain, I had to rush to the bathroom at work because I started having diarrhea. I spent about 20 minutes in the bathroom, and throughout the day I continued to have abdominal pain and diarrhea. I have not been able to eat anything since then, and as of Saturday, August 5th I've continued to have to go to the bathroom due to nausea, and pooping. I've also gotten a fever, last time I took my temperature, it has increased to 101.5. The reason I haven't contacted my doctor is because the symptoms started to get worse Friday evening and today with the fever and chills. After typing this report I'll be contacting my doctor and possibly have to check in to the hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
