Ate chipotle last night with my wife, neither of us could finish our entire meal. The items we both had in common were rice sour cream and beans. My bowl did have some lettuce in it even though I did not order any We both woke up extremely nauseous this morning and had sudden diarrhea followed by vomiting. It has been approximately 4 hours hours since onset of symptoms. We ate dinner at roughly 9PM | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
