Went to chipotle with friends on Sunday June 24th around 5pm. I got a vegetable burrito bowl. Within 4 hours my stomach started feeling really bad. Next thing I know - explosive diarrhea, high grade fever, aches, cramps, sweating, weakness.

I suspect the lettuce was tainted because that is the only difference between my order and a friends. My friends didn’t get sick, but another friend who had a few bites of mine did. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Other, Cramps, Weakness, Sweating
