On May 22nd, i went to chipotle on west 34th st for a salad bowl. I had salad, chicken, tomatoes, cheese, more salad and the vinegrette sauce for it. I got 3/4 of the way into my meal when i noticed my stomach was hurting. I thought it was just gas until the next day, i was throwing up with diarrhea and vomiting. I can hardly keep any foods down and it is now June 8th and i am still experiencing this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
