30 minutes after eating a chicken burrito bowl I got severe stomach pains and awful diarrhea. This happened a few times. Then from 2:30am until noon the next day I had intense cramping, so acute that I went to Urgent care thinking I had appendicitis. I couldn't even stand up straight. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
