30 minutes after eating a chicken burrito bowl I got severe stomach pains and awful diarrhea. This happened a few times. Then from 2:30am until noon the next day I had intense cramping, so acute that I went to Urgent care thinking I had appendicitis. I couldn't even stand up straight.

I got brown rice, chicken, tomatoe, sour cream, cheese and salad leaves. Immediately after eating my meal I was sick to my stomach. I was crippled over I had to leave work early. I could not breathe the pain was so intense. I ended up throwing up all night .

I ate a Burrito bowl with chicken, peppers, white rice, hot salsa, corn and lettuce on Monday, February 20th for dinner. I started feeling symptoms the next morning. I was sick for about 2 days with vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, and headache.
