I ate chicken and guac bowl with brown rice, veggies, pinto beans, lettuce, tomatoes and mild salsa. Food consumption happened on Thursday, May 23rd, 2019 i got food around 8 pm. Around 10:40 pm i got diarrhea, only me got sick, it took less than an hour…

I got brown rice, chicken, tomatoe, sour cream, cheese and salad leaves. Immediately after eating my meal I was sick to my stomach. I was crippled over I had to leave work early. I could not breathe the pain was so intense. I ended up throwing up all night .
