I ordered a steak burrito, with mild sauce, cheese, and sour cream. After the meal was consumed I started to feel nauseous, and weak to the stomach. This was from around 1:00 pm and I've been vomiting from then until 10 pm at night . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
