- comments: 6-501. 111 observed about 20 rodent droppings around the safe that is located in the food prep area. Instructed to clean and sanitized affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: 6-501. 12 observed various areas of the floors with excessive accumulated dirt, grease and food debris located under all equipment and accumulated grease debris under the fryers. Observed accumulated dust debris on the vents located above the fryers and accumulated dirt and grease debris on the walls and ceiling thru out the food prep area. Observed standing water in the rear around the grease tank. Instructed to clean all.
