Chicken Meal Triggers Illness - Church's Chicken, Wilmington North Carolina

I ate at this location on April 24th around 11:37 am all I got was okra, Mac and cheese, fried chicken and when I woke up this morning I had several nausea and diarrhea that has been nonstop with severe stomach pains. I called the establishment to inform them that I got sick from there and the supervisor whom did provide his name proceeded to shut me down and say 48 hours is for food poisoning which is false, it takes less than 24hrs and up to 24hrs to set it. This place needs a health inspection and needs to be cracked down on. I am a customer who is severely sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Nausea
