June 19, 2021; cheese enchildas with the vegetarian ranchero sauce; got a stomach ache after dinner and then started with severe fatigue, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and a low grade fever the next day; my gastroenteritis lasted 2 1/2 weeks, I lost 7-8 pounds and ended up in the ER with severe dehydration | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dehydration, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
