Nacho Bar Illness Outbreak - Chuy's, San Antonio Texas

6 years ago reported by user-ygnf2913 business

Chuy's, San Pedro Avenue, San Antonio, TX, USA

18008 San Pedro Avenue, San Antonio, 78232 Texas, United States

On Wednesday May 22, 2019 the faculty and administrators from my school attended a retirement celebration. Most of us ate from the nacho bar and ordered a variety of drinks. By Thursday evening, 15 teachers, including our principal and counselor became sick with vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramping, nausea, headache, body aches and chills. This lasted for several days and it was absolutely horrible. We don’t know what exactly made us sick... beans, ground beef, queso, salsa???? Never going back! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Chills, Body Ache
