Clover Valley Creamy Peanut Butter. Bar code 37991 41116 Different days, 3 times. I ate a peanut butter sandwich and got so sick I thoght I would die. Different bread. Different drink and it would be the only thing I ate on those dates. I would throw and have diarrhea all over my house. So weak I couldn't hold my head up once I was alone. And I was so scared I was going to die. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
