- Nestle Toll House, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, 16.5 oz. Cookie dough in bar form packaged in paperboard tray with plastic overwrap, 12 packages per case, Keep Refrigerated. Batch Numbers: 311457531K and 311557534K Best By Dates: 8/22/23 and 10/23/23. Product Quantity: 12,318 total cases (147,816 total packages) (12 cases destroyed due to warehouse damage at Nestle USA controlled DC).
This recall was initiated on 8/10/2023 and its status is ongoing. Do not consume, sell, or distribute the recalled product.

Sanderson Farms refrigerated chicken wingettes, (raw chicken wings separated at joints into wings and drumettes). 3 packages of approx. 1.50 lbs. Prepared on 2 separate instances one month apart. First time was two 1.5 lbs packages and 2nd instance was one 1.5 lbs. package. Both time, after... See More consuming, myself and one other person felt sick approx. 8 to 12 hours after consuming with nausea and headaches, second occasion was more severe with vomiting. On both occasions we have prepared these on a 400 degree grill, until very well done with 180 degree internal temperature. Disposable gloves used on raw and separate utensils used turning and removing after completely cooked. 1st time they were just cleaned with cold water, salted and thrown on the grill, 2nd time they were cleaned with lime, and vinegar and soaked in cold salt water brine. I don't know what this chicken contains but something isn't right with it. The negative effects are not immediate after dinner but felt the next morning and afternoon. I felt extremely hot, sweating with chills and pounding headache. Had to run to toilet with violent vomit. I regret giving a good review for quality, I am constantly returning food to costco which leads me to the conclusion I need to stop buying their food. See More share it with my pups and while separating it to make sure there were no bones, I noticed there was what looked like a strand of fish on the counter. It was coiled up and it wasn't until I touched that I realized it was a worm. See the full kitchen counter shot with the worm to the left. I still have the specimen wrapped up in a plastic bag because I got to the point where I was tired of retuning food and needed to start complaining, enough already. Of course I discarded the entire piece and the other frozen piece left in the freezer BUT not before I had taken a bite out of it to make sure it was cool enough for my girls so praying to God I did not ingest any additional parasites that may have gone unnoticed :( This is one of many food complaints I need to share from Costco. The quality is just not there anymore. Even worse they are starting to put things like maltodextrin in their everything bagels (an industrial waste product from corn that causes a spike in blood sugar) as well as selling products with MSG. Read your labels and educate yourself on the chemicals we are eating everyday that are causing all kinds of health issues, now and down the road. Make it or buy it fresh is all I can say. See Less
