Child experienced extreme stomach pain on the last day at the resort in Jan 2025, less than 12 hours after eating seafood/sushi/lamb at the Samana restaurant. Child vomited in the Clubmed shuttle on the way to the airport and several more times over the next three days. Child never had a fever. Less than one week after returning to the US, child experienced a tonic clonic seizure.
