My daughter and fiance are at Club Med Punta Cana right now November 12, 2023. Symptoms include severe diarrhea, vomiting and stomach pain. As a result they are leaving ASAP instead of staying until Nov. 15th. They said the seafood tastes off in addition to other meats... See More and "fresh" vegetables. For example, the salad bar had rotten lettuce and tomatoes. They are very slim, health conscious and do not overindulge in food nor alcohol. They are used to eating fresh seafood in New York on a regular basis as they live in the lower Hudson Valley. They are also drinking tap water served by employees. My 7 year old grandson is currently hospitalized after our return home. Severe diarrhea, vomiting, 103.6 fever and now a vascular rash. Symptoms started within 12 hrs of our return to the USA. Omg my son was 7 when we went out there in 2017 and he got that rash and got that I’ll and ended up with migraines could you please let me know if anything comes back on the results as nothing did here in Uk, and we’ve been diagnosed with ME/CFS ever since, one thing I can tell u helps is doxycline with probiotics maybe try now he’s been tested and it may prevent progression of what it is omg I can’t believe this is still going on I tried every means to complain and was brushed off everywhere including legally

My daughter and I were there June 15-19 and we both got sick with diarrhea the day we got home. She was worse than me and saw doc and gave stool sample but it came back negative. Mine went away on it's on after a week. As I read these comments, so many people getting sick. If I had read this site, I probably would not have gone. I will pray for your family and I do hope you get over this soon.

We stayed at the majestic colonial in punta cana and my kid had to leave and was hospitalized due to salmonella and ecoli. Get tested. It’s awful. 9 days and counting.
