Hello,
I am writing to formally express my outrage and concern regarding a severe food safety violation that occurred during my recent visit to your Cook Out location. Upon receiving my drink, I discovered visible mold inside the cup. This is beyond unacceptable and represents a serious failure in basic sanitation and food safety standards. There is absolutely no excuse for a customer being served a mold-contaminated cup. This incident raises serious concerns about how cups are stored, cleaned, and inspected, as well as the overall hygiene practices being followed by staff and management. Such negligence puts customers' health at risk and demonstrates a lack of proper oversight This experience was not only disturbing but infuriating. Customers trust your establishment to meet minimum health and safety requirements, and this situation is a complete breach of that trust. Had this mold gone unnoticed, it could have resulted in serious health consequences I expect this matter to be treated with urgency and seriousness. I am requesting a prompt response detailing what corrective actions will be taken to address this issue and prevent it from happening again.
