Man, this is embarrassing. I ordered (2) Five piece nuggets, (1) regular size fry, (1) onion rings, a sweet tea, and a Oreo shake somewhere around 10:30-11pm.

Around 3 o’clock my stomach was burning, really bad. Was having cramps for almost 10 minutes during my sleep. After getting up afterwards, I went to the bathroom where everything happened.
