ER Visit: Severe Food Poisoning - Cook Out, Warner Robins Georgia

Ate a cheeseburger, chicken wrap, and cheese bites yesterday (April 27th) around lunch time. Shortly after eating, I started experiencing stomach pain and nausea. By the evening I was having diarrhea. Today (April 28th) I'm still having diarrhea, severe stomach pain, and was going in and out of consciousness while driving to the ER. I have barely eaten anything since because of the pain and diarrhea.
