Ate small chef salad and bowl of chicken noodle soup around 2pm. Around 11pm had chills and 2 am started to vomit. Threw up every 90ish minutes until 8 am. Had diarrhea twice after that.

I believe it was the soup, which was just barely warm, not hot at all, but could have been something in the salad. For dinner that evening I shared a meal with a friend and she did not get sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
