Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
Suspected source: Bacon roll, hot chocolate
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several Weeks
Additional information: Ordered a terrys choc orange hot chocolate, with cream, full fat milk. Also a bacon roll. 6hrs later I was severely vomiting, had a temperature of 39.2 and have since been suffering with diarrhea for the past 8 days, to the point I cannot eat anything without getting severe stomach cramps. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Chills
