July 16, 2014 Wednesday; I was shopping at the Rosedale Costco store & bought Broccoli Salad, came home & ate some. 3 hours later, I got violent stomach cramps, really bad, gut wrenching pains , diarrhea all night from 6pm till midnight, fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, couldn't sleep much. felt really tried on Thursday, I took it easy & rested most of the day. I ate very little, tea, toast, & chicken soup. Friday, still didn't feel quite right., no more pains, but stomach still was not normal. I ate tea, toast, chicken soup, small piece of steak. Saturday, 7-19-14; stomach still not normal, but much better, had 1st bowel movement, regular. trying to eat normal, doing better. Stomach still not normal. I will report on the next few days, again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps
