My husband and I had a salad for dinner which was made almost entirely from their ingredients. The celery, dressing and tortilla strips came from elsewhere, but we had previously eaten each of them without incident. Ingredients from there included spring mix, tomatoes, avocado, carrots, mushrooms, blueberries, and rotisserie chicken. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
