Ate a bowl of family size original Cheerios cereal (heart-shaped) from Costco (best by Dec 17, 2025) with milk. Noticed gas-like sounds coming from my belly immediately after finishing the bowl. Within half an hour I had stomach upset and diarrhea. Thought it could be the milk because it was the last bit from a gallon jug. Two days ago I tested my fate again with a bowl of Cheerios with milk from a fresh carton for breakfast. Same gassy symptoms and immediate diarrhea. It's the Cheerios. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
