Jif cornbread with canned sweet cream corn. Made some Gumbo, decided to make some cornbread from one of the mixes the food banks gave out. Mixed dg milk, 1 dg egg, and 1/3 c of dg sweet cream style corn. Was super excited. Took one bite. Tasted bitter. Should've stopped but hadn't made cornbread in a while and as I kept eating it tasted sweet. Spent the whole night nauseous, vomiting and diarrhea until maybe 5 am. Contemplated going to the hospital, but I was good by 10 am. The cornbread is from a food bank and the sweet cream corn is from Dollar General in Cowan, TN the only one. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
