I ate a fried chicken salad. Not even an hour afterwards I felt sick. Now I’m throwing up whole pieces of lettuce. My stomach is cramping so bad too. Just myself so far. I haven’t had the opportunity to speak with my coworkers yet however we all went for a company lunch. It happened Today | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
