Ate lunch Friday, turnip greens , mac n cheese, ham , hot water with fresh lemon and piece of fried fish. Started nausea and severe diarrhea Saturday am. Today is Monday and I continue liquid diarrhea, nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
