I had dumplings, corn bread, turnip greens and green beans. My husband shared some of the dumplings but only a few bites. He ended up with diarrhea almost immediately upon leaving. About an hour after eating I got severe abdominal cramps, broke out in a sweat, blood pressure dropped and I became somewhat lethargic. After about an hour of this I finally had diarrhea. I made it home and started vomiting. Second day no vomiting but diarrhea and some bloody stool. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Sweating, Bloody Stool
