I ate at Salad Bar I had Romain lettuce, chick peas, turkey,ham, black olives and cheddar cheese on the lettuce I didn't get any salad dressing at salad bar because I bought a brand new jar of Blu cheese dressing at the same time so not really sure what ingredients made me sick. But lettuce was the first thing I threw up | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
