Mushroom Swiss Burger Illness - Culver's, Grimes Iowa

Tue 5/12 - only meal I had that day and since getting sick. Mushroom & Swiss double burger with fries and root beer. Was unable to eat anything next day Wed 5/13 and turned to abdominal pain, 6-8 bouts of diarrhea. Vomiting once or twice. Only other food I had was sunflower seeds (common snack of mine that is highly unlikely/ has never caused me food poisoning.) I have body aches/chills. And am now (thu 5/14) missing 2nd straight day of work.
