I got food poisoning from a pot roast sandwich and a side of beef gravy at lunch on Saturday April 4, 2026. At 2 am Sunday became violently ill and ended up in the ER for symptoms listed above and bloody diarrhea. This needs to be investigated to make sure meat standards are met and no one else becomes so ill. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
