Yesterday, Friday Feb 11th 2022, I went through the drive thru and ordered food for me and my family around 12:00 pm MST. Later that evening I began violently throwing up with diarrhea. This went through the entire night and throughout today. I can finally keep some water and broth down but still have diarrhea. I ordered the deluxe meal with fries and a concrete mixer with root beer flavoring. My family members did not have the deluxe burger like I did, and they did not get sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
