Pretty sure it was Culvers. Double burger, mashed potatoes, gravy, Strawberry shake. Horrible cramps 4 hours, Some diahrrhea, 4 hrs after dining. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
