Shared Meal, ER Visit - Culver's, Hales Corners Wisconsin

On May 28 at approximately noon, I was at the restaurant mentioned above. My mom and I shared a crispy chicken sandwich basket with French fries and diet Pepsi. I also asked for the sandwich to be cut in half. At 5:30 that day I became very ill with the symptoms mentioned. Unfortunately, my mom experienced the same symptoms and ended up in the ER. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
