I ordered a chicken sandwich with onion rings and a coke Saturday 02/04/23. A few hours after eating my meal I stayed to feel bloated and developed chest pain. I thought nothing of it at first and feel asleep. A few hours later I wake up to pain in my stomach, vomiting and diarrhea. I used my vacation time to get over the issue with some days unpaid and still feel weak going on 4 days later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chest Pain, Bloating, Stomach Pain
