I had the kids meal cheeseburger with fries and a chocolate ice cream....I've never had any issues before but after heading to work after lunch I started feeling lightheaded and sick within the hour and almost passed out. I was curled up on the couch for a few hours before throwing up and back again to the couch really achy and exhausted...I've thrown up several times since and had diarrhea as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Lightheaded
