- comments: evidence of improper pest control on premises. Observed 36- mice droppings behind rear storage pallet near mop sink, and 28- droppings on floor of 2nd floor storage area along wall behind storage. Instructed to clean and sanitize all areas. Recommened pest service. Priority foundation issued.

- comments: observed bottom arears of front entry door not rodent proofed at bottom areas. Instructed to repair to be tight-fitting.

- comments: observed bottom of potato chip shelf not clean of debris,dust. Instructed to clean/maintain.

- comments: observed floor areas not clean under and behind storage in rear and 2nd fl storage area. Instructed to clean/maintain areas.
