Lettuce Suspected in Illness - Dairy Queen, Plano Texas

My wife and mother in law ate the taco salad. My wife started vomiting a few hours later, and then had diarrhea several times a few hours after. My mother in law had diarrhea a few times after eating this as well.

My father in law ate their chicken salad and had diarrhea a few hours after.

I had the country fried steak sandwich and had diarrhea the next morning.

The common ingredient for all the meals appear to be the lettuce.

We have a 2 year old boy and 6 year old girl who didn’t eat the lettuce, and so far, they haven’t had any issues. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
