Yesterday I ate a spicy tuna sushi from Dave's supermarkets ohio city location. I also made a kale and white bean caesar salad with ingredients from Dave's and I woke up this morning burping suffer. From 630am-930am I vomited once per hour and experienced considerable stomach pain until 12noon | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Burping
