Consumed a bean, green sauce with cheese burrito and fries about 11am within 6 hours i became nauseated and then hard core vomiting up the burrito and fries. 24 hours later I am now weak and have no appetite and even water is hard to hold down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
