I ordered 6 chicken tacos, steak burrito, and chips and salsa. After eating the burrito, chips salsa, and 1taco, I took a nap. After my 2 hour nap, I started to have diarrhea. I also devoloped other symptoms like chills, and fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Chills
