I went to eat here mabye a couple days ago and I ate 3 hard shell tacos with no cheese and lettuce (only meat and the hard shell), frijoles, and rice. After I ate all my food I immedietly felt sick and passed it off as nothing. I thought it was from the sparkling water I drank earlier that day not doing well with my stomach but it's been awhile now and I still feel sick with nausea, chills, fatigue, headache and adominal pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Chills, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
